Welcome to Game Night Project! We’re a small, family-run creative project sharing game guides, reviews, and content designed to help busy adults connect through play. Because we’re humans on the internet too, we treat your data as we would treat our own. That means we provide easy opt-out to cookies, never sell your info and we make it easy to manage your subscriptions or delete your data.

Game Night Project is a small, independent content brand created by our family. We review games, create guides, and send helpful updates to our community.

You may see occasional ads for Game Night Project. This is us supporting our small family project, and making sure you see new content - it is not based on selling your data.

8. How to Unsubscribe or Delete Your Data

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.

If you want us to delete your data entirely:
Email us at hello@gamenightproject.com with the subject line: “Delete my data.”
We’ll take care of the rest.

9. Third-Party Services We Use

We may use trusted platforms to send emails, host the site, run forms, or analyze traffic. These may include:

  • HubSpot Website Host, Blog Host, Content Management, Email Marketing

  • GoDaddy Domain hosting

  • Google Analytics

  • Microsoft365 Email

  • Social media platforms you interact with

We do not allow third parties to use your data for their own marketing.

10. Children's Privacy

Game Night Project is intended for adults, though we occasionally feature family gaming content. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our site evolves. If changes are significant, we will note them clearly.
